The client’s choice to use Shepherd and Allen is a remarkable gift, and a privilege for us. Many pledge, on a regular basis, allegiance to a country promising justice for all. Our clients ask us to assist them, during a very difficult and challenging time, as they seek the fairness promised in our Nation’s founding documents.

Clients hire us to help them tell their story, to strangers, as they seek to be treated fairly. Our clients’ hope and expectation is a just resolution of their matter. Justice is accomplished by preventing harm, returning people to their position before harm occurred, or getting fair compensation for the harm done. If we take your matter to court, we ask judges and juries to do justice, a constitutional responsibility required of them and our community.

The journey for justice is made more difficult because of propaganda which often mocks those who use our court system. Jokes, slogans and distorted news are used to ridicule the injured, the harmed, or the marginalized who seek justice. Thank you for considering Shepherd and Allen to represent you during what we know will be a challenging journey.
